Dear Members of the Jagat Taran Golden Jubilee School Family,
It is an honour to address you as the Principal of JTGJS . As I step into this role, I bring with me over 28 years of experience
in education – years spent in classrooms, leading teams, and working alongside students, teachers, and parents who have taught
me that a great school is built on trust, curiosity, and shared purpose.
My journey across CBSE schools has reinforced one belief: every child has the capacity to excel when given the right guidance,
encouragement, and opportunities. Education today is no longer limited to textbooks and board results. It is about nurturing
critical thinking, emotional intelligence, creativity, and the confidence to adapt in a world that is constantly evolving.
My Vision for JTGJS
Student-Centred Learning: We will continue to uphold academic excellence while integrating NEP 2020’s focus on competency-based,
experiential, and multidisciplinary learning. Our classrooms will be spaces where questions are welcomed and learning is joyful.
Empowered Teachers: Teachers are the heart of this institution. I am committed to creating an environment that supports professional
growth, collaboration, and innovation in teaching practices
Strong Parent Partnership: Parents are our most important partners. I look forward to open communication and joint efforts to help
every student reach their potential.
Values & Character: Alongside academics, we will place strong emphasis on discipline, empathy, resilience, and social
responsibility – the qualities that prepare our students for life, not just exams.
Having worked with diverse school communities, majorly Delhi Public School as a School Principal I understand that each institution
has its own unique spirit. My role is to listen, learn, and work with you to build upon the strong foundation that already exists
at JTGJS.
I invite you to share your ideas, concerns, and aspirations with me. My door is always open, and together, we will ensure that JTGJS
continues to be a place where students feel safe, challenged, and inspired to dream big.
With warm regards and great optimism for the journey ahead,
Mrs Dolly Banerjee
Principal
